The Technical Manager (“TM”) works in our Singapore office where we provide global support to clients, perform quality assurance for project teams working in the western hemisphere, develop mobile products, and provide technical sales support. The TM provides support to the Support Technicians, performs quality assurance functions in conjunction with our development teams, and preforms development for our mobile applications. The TM also works to constantly improve our knowledge base, create documentation, and provide training as new team members are onboarded.
The ideal candidate speaks English fluently, and proficiency in Mandarin is highly desired. It is important the candidate have excellent interpersonal skills due to the interaction with clients and internal team members, have excellent professional writing skills, and be able to handle clients having trouble who may not be very happy with having an issue.
Candidates with working knowledge of ARCHIBUS, IBM TRIRIGA, IBM Maximo, PeopleSoft, Oracle EBusiness Suite, SAP, or Infor, and experience working with mobile app support are highly desired.
